Windsor Golf Hotel & Country Club, Nairobi

During my stay at the hotel, I found the atmosphere quite charming, especially with the beautiful grounds and forested areas that made for a lovely jogging track. However, the rooms left much to be desired, as they felt outdated and poorly lit. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, and the dining options were decent, though I wished for more variety. Overall, while there are some wonderful aspects, the accommodations could use a refresh to match the hotel's other qualities.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay, with exceptional staff who were always ready to assist. The location provided a serene atmosphere and beautiful scenery. However, the rooms were in a dire need of upgrades, and there were some issues with the amenities like the TV and hot water. Overall, it was a nice retreat, but improvements are definitely needed in certain areas.

While the surroundings are beautiful, especially the well-manicured green grass and stunning views, I had major concerns with cleanliness and Wi-Fi availability. Beatrice stands out as a commendable staff member, but the overall experience was hindered by issues such as the presence of insects and dirty linens.

Windsor Golf Hotel and Country club is a beautiful venue that truly shines with its stunning scenery and serene atmosphere. The professionalism of the staff, especially Bianca at the Guest Relations Desk, made our experience even more worthwhile. While the hotel boasts remarkable views and well-maintained grounds, I did notice areas for improvement, including room amenities and vegetarian meal options. Overall, it's a lovely place but could enhance certain features to reach its full potential.
